By placing your items in a Glenview Express supplied route bag, or by using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Turnaround Time:
Glenview Express will make its best reasonable effort to return clothes within your normally scheduled route days, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times as issues may arise which affect delivery (examples may include but are not limited to: Weather events, mechanical breakdown, national holidays). In the event an order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, Glenview Express will not be responsible for reimbursement for the services performed.
Biohazards:
For the safety of our employees Glenview Express holds the right to return any order that contains any biohazard (examples may include but are not limited to: Bedbugs, human soil (feces), blood, bodily fluids, or anything else that is harmful to our employees will be sent back unprocessed.
Barcodes:
The use of small barcodes is crucial to our process. We will apply a permanent barcode to your garments for accurate identification throughout the cleaning process up to and including the final delivery of your order.
Personal Items:
Please be sure to go through your items prior to putting them in your route bags. When personal items are found among your order during our inspection process, Glenview Express will attempt to account for these items whenever possible, however we are not responsible for these effects. (Examples may include but are not limited to: Jewelry, collar stays, detachable buttons or tuxedo studs, credit cards, cash, or any loose items on garments, etc.). If you feel you may have left any personal effects in your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible so that we may attempt to locate them in a timely manner.
Glenview Express follows the standards and policies set forth by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us. We will process all items which are best suited to the nature and conditions of each garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in the fabric that are not readily apparent before processing or have no care instructions.
We cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics; or against damage to ancillary items such as belts, buttons, beads, ties, or zipper pulls. To be considered for reimbursement or a refund, any damaged items must be reported and returned to Glenview Express for inspection within seven business days of delivery. If a damaged item is reported after seven business days, Glenview Express will not be liable for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (lipstick, gum, pens, etc.).
