How does the service work?

It’s never been easier to keep your clothes fresh and clean. We’re in your neighborhood twice a week—just place your provided green route bag outside by 7 a.m. on your designated pick-up day. Our driver will collect your items between 7am and 5pm, and in three business days, your perfectly cleaned clothes will be delivered right back to your door. No need to be home or worry about a thing—just enjoy the convenience of effortless dry cleaning.

Where do I leave my bag?

Place your bag outside your front door where it is visible to the driver from the street. Upon request, we provide you with a complimentary garment hanger for your returned orders.

What days should I leave my clothes bag for the driver?
We operate on a Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday schedule. If your pick-up day is Monday, just your order will be returned on Thursday. If you leave your 2nd bag out on a Thursday, your order will be returned on the following Monday. (Some holidays and extreme weather may affect route service).
Is there a cost for delivery and is there a minimum?
No and No! Whether your bag is completely filled or contains just a few items, it doesn’t matter! There are no minimums required for the use of service. If you don’t have a pick-up, your driver will drop off anything you left out on your last route day… twice per week, every week and delivery is always free!
What if I have an item that requires special attention?

No problem! Just mark the garment (pin a note to it) and leave a note in the front pouch – this will ensure that our inspection team identifies the proper item. We also offer small repair tailoring upon request. Just mark the items as described above.

What does eco-friendly cleaning mean?

We prioritize using eco-friendly practices to reduce our carbon footprint. We use non-toxic and biodegradable dry cleaning methods as well as hypoallergenic, enzyme-based laundry cleaning. We also utilize a hanger recycling program and aim to reduce overconsumption of utilities.

How does payment work?

After your first order, a member of our Customer Service Team will personally reach out to ensure you’re satisfied with our service and to note any special preferences, such as starch levels or specific instructions. During this time, we’ll securely enter your credit card details into our PCI-compliant system. A valid email address is required for seamless communication and end-of-month billing. At the close of each month, your card will be charged, and you’ll receive a notification email confirming the transaction. Shortly thereafter, we’ll send a detailed statement outlining all your monthly activity for complete transparency.
